Beaver Mountain Ski Area

Beaver Mountain is located in northern Utah, and has been family owned and operated since 1939.

If you have not believed the boasts about the best maintained slopes around, come and see for yourself. The northeast spot is ideal for morning sun. The avalanche-free conditions and very little wind turn Beaver Mountain into an all-around great place to ski.

If you are a novice you may want to steer towards the Little Beaver and Gentle Ben runs. Advanced skiers will enjoy the usually machine-packed Ridge, Stump and D-Street trails. Harry's Hollow is designated as the "racers" run and for hot doggers. Expert skiers may want to checkout Robison's Run, Wipe Out, Old Thunder and Canyon View, to name a few.

Lue's Run is a newly cleared run. If you enjoy fall-line skiing, this one is for you. This run is long, steep and littered with bumps.

Snowboard riders are allowed on the mountain, but are restricted from a few of the runs.

The resort has PSIA-certified instructors that teach skiers of all ages and ability levels. There is the Snoopy Ski School, for children 5 to 8 that is an all-day class (except lunch) and runs five weeks on Saturdays or Sundays and during the week of the Christmas holiday.

Amenities at Beaver Mountain include an A-frame lodge, sun deck, cafeteria, boot room, lockers, ski shop and rentals.

The resort is located 27 miles east of Logan, Utah, in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest.
