Gunstock is nestled in Gilford, N.H., just under 2 hours from Boston and less than 1 hour from the coast.

At Gunstock you may try tradition, improvement, excellence and value. This ski area boasts 46 trails on 220 skiable acres and is equipped toward intermediate family skiing. A 700-foot half-pipe for snowboarders is nested near the base of the summit chair. Snowboards and snow gear is for rent here.

Night skiing brings a new element to the sport at Gunstock. On the practical side, night skiing is an option on busy schedules and tight resources. Gunstock's Ski School is PSIA-certified, and kids as well as parents will enjoy special ski programs at the Buckaroo Children's Center.

At Gunstock there is a great experience for all family members, from cross-country to snowboarding and night skiing. Located in the center of New Hampshire's lake region, there is a diversity of lodgings, dining facilities and shops to choose from, in addition to non-skiing activities.

Gunstock is set off I-93 at Exit 20, then take Route 3 to Route 11A. In 13 miles from the interstate, just follow the signs to the area.
