Skiing at Indianhead consists of chilling fresh air and a peak view of endless acres of wilderness forests covering the way to the Ottawa National Forest, Lake Superior and Canada. With a matchless location and ultimate resort village, Indianhead's accommodation provides its guests with a diversity of lodging options.

Indianhead's professional Ski School provides different programs from beginner to snowboarding, moguls and racing. You can also try your skills and race against the U.S. Ski Team. Indianhead boasts the largest NASTAR program in the Midwest.

At Indianhead your children are provided with a qualified group of caregivers. Programs are designed to your child's skill level with tolerant and considerate instructors.

If you are driving from Wisconsin, you may set off north on I-51 and then take Route 2 at Ironwood east. Go east on I-2 to the ski center. From Minnesota and Lower Michigan, take I-2 to the western Upper Peninsula. The resort is located in 1.5 miles west of Wakefield.
