Mt. Crescent Ski Area

With a variety of slopes Mt. Crescent provides Midwest skiers with fascinating skiing experience.
Runs offer a 300-foot vertical drop and reach up to 2,000 feet, while the latest snowmaking equipment can cover it all with two to three feet of fine, well-packed snow. And all trails are lighted for night skiing.

The rental shop here stocks 1,000 sets of modern ski equipment, including skis, boots and bindings by many of the leading manufacturers. They have added for snowboarders a full line of the latest boards and boots to outfit a wide variety of riders.

Snowmaking system at Mt. Crescent consists of 20 large snow cannons, two pumps, two holding ponds and miles of underground piping.

Ski school at the resort has PSIA certified and trained instructors and offers the ATS approach for beginner, intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders.
