Bogus Basin Mountain Resort is nested in 16 miles from the state Idaho capital, Boise. The resort was founded in 1942 and evolved as an option to the long travel by Boise's abundant skiers. Bogus Basin falls behind only Sun Valley in size and number of skiers in Idaho.
Two thousand of acres available for skiing are offering a wide range of terrain, presenting one of the best open bowl and meadow skiing area in the Rockies. The costs here are considerably lower than on resorts of analogous size with excellent prices on family skiing. Bogus Basin is the number one in discount season passes. Here you may enjoy all the amenities you can imagine, including mid-mountain accommodation, toboggan rides and one of the last western cities nearby. Resort Information
