Palandoken

Palandoken resort consists of some prime mountain hotels near Erzurum town. In Dedeman hotel, located near the trails, the cost of lifts is included into accommodation. The time when lifts are opened depends on the light day duration, but Dedeman is ready to raise tourists to the slope far into the night.

Palandoken ski zone – 2250 – 3100 m, the total length of trails of different categories – 30 km. At Anzer peak (3100 m) two downhill trails start: one is difficult, the other is intermediate. Mountain hotels are located just 14 km away from Erzurum airport. Enzurum appeared in IV century as Byzantine frontier fortress, and during centuries it was possessed by various states.  Excursion to Enzurum is interesting and informative.
