The Golte ski resort is located above Mozirje. There is a beautiful view over Savinjska valley, Savinske Alps, as well as eastern hills of Karavanke mountains, opened from the mountain. There are runs of all difficulty categories, provided on the Golte ski resort; they stretch more than 75 hectares area, ranging from easy and beginners to advanced ones. The longest run is 1640 m long. Snow cannons cover all runs in such a way, that snow is ensured during the entire winter season. There is also a hotel and a kindergarten on snow, which is designed especially for the youngest ones, provided by the resort. Besides, there are ski schools for adult, as well as for children, equipped with highly – experienced skiing and snowboarding instructors.
