Mt Buffalo provides scenic skiing and boarding in a sheltered bowl that is unashamedly aimed at the beginner and family groups. And if you are looking for 2km black diamond runs and a big busy corporate ski resort this resort is probably not for you.
Buffalo claim that by the end of your day the lifties will probably know you by name as Cresta Bowl offers 3 pomas and two chairs. Snowmaking here covers all the beginners area, first timers should rarely be disappointed, the Cresta Poma and double chair both offer good intermediate skiing while there are a couple of tougher runs off the top of Cresta Poma down through the rocks.
A range of lift tickets ensures that getting on the snow is affordable for everyone. With excellent kids and teenagers clubs and a genuinely friendly feel and some of the most spectacular scenery in the country Mt Buffalo really offers something different for the Australian ski industry.
