Pal and Arinsal ski stations are located in close proximity to the capital (10-13 km). Pal is proud of having 1 km of snow cannons more than elsewhere in Andorra, and Arinsal – of having the most difficult slope in Andorra (1010m). Elevation changes here are not large, and trails are not very difficult. Ski-pass gives the opportunity to use ski buses plying between the two resorts. Pal station has mostly wide and long slopes; they are perfect for children and beginners. Arinsal station is rather for experienced skiers, because slopes here are mostly short and steep. Pal skiing zone – 1780 - 2358 m, Arinsal skiing zone – 1550 - 2560 m. The length of snowboard tracks is 24 km (all the levels) La Massana town is located within 15 minutes of bus distance. It has two sport centers. L’Aldosa Multisports Centre offers tennis, squash, weightlifting, water massage, sauna, and tanning salon. D’Anyos Sports Centre – swimming pool and gym in addition. Pal and Arinsal are organized as sport resorts. Of course, they have enough number of restaurants, bars and discos. But many people consider La Massane to be more interesting après-ski place.
